Yes. No credit card, no sales call required. You get your stage, your bottleneck, and a breakdown across all seven areas the moment you finish.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Owner-run businesses, roughly 3 to 50 people, in any industry. Trades, clinics, salons, restaurants, professional services, agencies.
Do I have to buy software?
Sometimes, sometimes not. We'll recommend off-the-shelf tools when they fit and build custom when they don't. We don't sell you software you don't need, and we don't get paid by software vendors.
How long does this take?
The assessment takes three minutes. Your Operations Blueprint is usually delivered within two weeks of our session. Build timelines depend on scope, and the Blueprint tells you exactly what to expect before you commit.
Will my team actually use it?
That's the whole point. We build around how your team already works, we train them, and we stay on to keep it running. A system nobody uses isn't a system.
What if I'm not ready to hire anyone?
